Faculty Directory
CFIS is a steward for interdisciplinary research at UBC and home to 56 faculty members, with hundreds of affiliated researchers in 18 interdisciplinary schools, institutes, centres, colleges, and graduate degree programs.
Nearly half of our tenure and tenure-stream faculty members hold joint academic appointments in two or more units. Of these joint appointments, over 2/3rd are between CFIS and another UBC Faculty, including the Faculties of Arts, Medicine, Science, Land and Food Systems, Forestry, Applied Science, Law, and the Sauder School of Business.
